Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning, designing, and supervising construction and maintenance of water and sewer infrastructure
• Preparing engineering drawings, specifications, and project reports
• Monitoring project implementation to ensure compliance with technical standards
• Coordinating site inspections and quality assurance activities
• Managing contractors and ensuring timely project delivery
• Supporting infrastructure expansion and rehabilitation projects
• Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations
