We are looking for an individual with 1–2 years of industrial experience to join our production team. In this role, you will not only execute daily production plans but also manage the sequencing of operations and maintain rigorous production records. You will work with high independence in your workstreams, utilizing your experience with industrial machinery and chemicals to ensure safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Sequencing & Execution: Execute production plans and manage the logical sequencing of production steps to maximize efficiency. 
• Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed production records and accurate logs of daily operations. Monitor and report on process performance with good report-writing skills. 
• Industrial Machine Operation:
  Operate and maintain industrial machinery and chemical production equipment safely and effectively. 
• Inventory Control: Manage production material inventory to prevent stockouts and ensure smooth workflow. 
• Safety Compliance: strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) measures in the production area. You must understand chemical hazards and be experienced in utilizing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). 
• Process Improvement: Implement methodologies for optimizing chemical production operations. 

Minimum Requirements 

Education:

• A Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or its equivalent from a recognized institution. 
• Note: Holders of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with high aptitude in chemistry are also encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience working in a chemical production plant or industrial setting. 

Technical Skills: 

• Proven experience working with industrial machinery and chemicals is mandatory. 
• Strong understanding of production sequencing and workflow logic. 
• Proficiency in Computer Applications. 

Physical Requirements:

•  Ability to handle, carry, and charge bags of material weighing at least 15kg.

Shift Flexibility:

• Must be willing to work different shifts, including weekends and nights, as per the production schedule. 

Added Advantages 

• Experience in Quality Control (QC) of raw materials and finished products.
