We are seeking a motivated intern with a background in IT, Engineering, or Computer
Science to join our warehouse operations team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in
managing warehouse technology infrastructure, supporting inventory systems, and
providing technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining warehouse inventory systems, including tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Help troubleshoot, configure, and repair IT equipment used within the warehouse.
- Provide technical support for warehouse staff, including hardware and software installations.
- Document technical processes, update databases, and prepare inventory reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize the use of warehouse management
- systems.
- Participate in audits of warehouse operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software and systems.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and IT equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Computer repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of modern cloud technologies and inventory management systems.
