Product Awareness & Promotion
- Educate retailers and distributors on the KUZA product and how it works.
- Promote the benefits of using KUZA, especially its ease of access to stock credit and its positive impact on business growth.
Customer Onboarding & Training
- Assist micro-retailers in registering and onboarding onto the KUZA platform.
- Guide them through mobile money usage and loan repayment procedures.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributor partners.
- Collect feedback and relay customer concerns or suggestions to the 4G Capital product or customer service teams.
Soft Skills Needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of mobile money and digital finance (especially M‐Pesa).
- Local language fluency and cultural awareness.
- A customer-first mindset and ability to solve problems in real-time.
