Are you a high-performing lending professional? We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager with proven experience in logbook lending, sales leadership, and portfolio
management to drive branch growth and performance. You will be joining a well-established, non-deposit taking microfinance institution in Kenya, currently in its 15th year of
operation, and regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya as a
Digital Credit Provider (DCP). The organisation has a strong national footprint with 27 branches and over 300 employees, and provides financing solutions across
SME/Corporate, Micro, Logbook Loans, Consumer, and Agriculture
sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive logbook loan disbursements and market growth
- Manage a high-quality loan portfolio (PAR, collections & recoveries)
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Oversee the full lending cycle – acquisition to recovery
- Build dealer & agent partnerships to grow deal flow
- Deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Plan and monitor branch marketing and business growth

- Manage multiple loan products across different sectors

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 4-6 years’ experience in microfinance or banking
- Strong logbook lending experience (mandatory)
- Proven track record in sales, portfolio growth, and collections
- Experience in asset-based lending and vehicle valuation
- Strong leadership, ownership, and execution mindset
- High level of integrity, work ethic, and decision-making
- Experience managing high-performing teams and performance capability
