What you’ll do
- Proactively approach developers, landowners, property sellers, buyers and investors
- Build and grow relationships with banks and mortgage teams
- Turn meetings into formal legal instructions
- Maintain strong visibility across Nairobi’s developer and property networks
How you work
- Spend 70–80% of your time in the field
- Comfortable with daily external meetings, site visits and walk-ins
- Actively hunt for opportunities and build your own pipeline
What we’re looking for
- 4–7+ years’ experience in business development, real estate sales, property finance, developer relations or similar
- Proven track record of originating business in the property or banking ecosystem
- Strong network in Nairobi real estate and/or financial services
- Independent, resilient, target-driven, with strong follow-up discipline
