Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all bar outlets within the resort
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar supervisors to 5-Star service standards
- Develop creative cocktail menus and oversee premium beverage offerings
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized and attentive service
- Manage inventory, ordering, cost control, and supplier relationships
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Monitor budgets, sales performance, and profitability
- Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage and Events teams

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar role within a luxury hotel or 5-Star resort
- Degree or diploma in any hospitality related courses
- Experience Length: 2 Years
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and current industry trends
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Experience with stock control, budgeting, and reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
- Professional appearance and a passion for luxury service
