B2B Sales Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with institutions, hotels, cleaning service providers, and cafes to drive sales growth.
• Actively promote and sell premium detergent products to B2B clients, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Generate leads and follow up on new and existing client inquiries through cold calls, emails, visits, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools or spreadsheets for performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 3 years).
• Must be a Kenyan citizen.
• Must have a valid Kenyan driver’s license with more than 3 years of experience.
• Must own a smartphone and be proficient in using email and laptops.
