We’re seeking an experienced, data-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate our growth through strategic content marketing, account-based marketing campaigns, and multi-channel digital advertising. You’ll lead our digital marketing efforts, creating compelling content that converts prospects into customers while continuously optimizing our digital presence based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & SEO

  • Create and publish 2 high-quality, SEO-optimized articles daily for our website
  • Develop content strategies aligned with buyer personas and ICPs
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
  • Update and maintain WordPress website content

LinkedIn Advertising & Account-Based Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Dynamic Ads)
  • Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for key target accountsCreate personalized content and campaigns for high-value prospectsCoordinate multi-touch ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and web channels
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for prospect identification and engagement

Campaign & Conversion Optimization

  • Design and build effective landing pages for different services, markets, and buyer personas
  • Analyse website performance using GA4, Albacross, and MS Clarity
  • Implement data-driven improvements to boost conversion rates
  • A/B test landing pages, content, and marketing campaigns

Social Media & Brand Management

  • Manage LinkedIn company page with 1 engaging post daily
  • Create visually appealing content using Photoshop/Canva
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice

Analytics & Strategy

  • Monitor and report on marketing funnel performance
  • Conduct experiments and optimize based on findings
  • Stay current with marketing tools, trends, and best practices
  • Provide strategic recommendations for growth initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills

  • B2B Marketing: Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels, buyer personas, ICPs, and ABM methodologies
  • LinkedIn Advertising: Proven experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, audience targeting, and budget optimization
  • Account-Based Marketing: Experience with ABM platforms, personalization tools, and multi-channel campaign orchestration
  • SEO: Proven knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
  • WordPress: Experience with content management and website updates
  • Analytics: Proficiency in GA4, Albacross, MS Clarity, LinkedIn Analytics, and similar tools
  • Design: Competency in Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools

Core Competencies

  • Paid Advertising: LinkedIn Ads management, budget optimization, and performance analysis
  • ABM Strategy: Account identification, personalization tactics, and multi-channel coordination
  • Writing: Excellent English writing skills for B2B audiences
  • AI Tools: Intelligent use of ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze performance and make optimization decisions
  • Leadership: Ability to work independently and guide marketing strategy
  • Innovation: Proactive approach to testing new strategies and tools

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of B2B digital marketing experience
  • Proven track record with LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Demonstrated success with Account-Based Marketing strategies and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Portfolio demonstrating content creation, campaign results, and ABM case studies
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and multi-channel attributionStrong analytical mind-set with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and strategic thinking skills
  • Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred
