Assistant Human Resources & Administration Manager Job

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment process from manpower request to new join logistics and induction, including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, etc
  • Plan and execute Region HR initiatives pertaining to ER / L&D and Compliance
  • Act as a business partner to various Unit Heads in providing HR expertise and advice in resolving the day-to-day HR operations and employee issues
  • Support the implement Headquarters and Regional HR policies and process in local offices and ensure all the process are followed through
  • Act as focal point of contact with local payroll vendors and coordinate with different Headquarters HR teams when required.
  • Compile HR reports regularly and upon request
  • Participate in any HR ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in business studies / human resources management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years formal recruitment experience, preferably in sizable organizations and with experience in handling overseas HR matters will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Committed to fast-paced environment and always striving for improvement
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, positive and able to influence others
  • Fluent in English and Putonghua is a must
  • Willing to travel on a quarterly basis between the Kenya and South Africa offices
