Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage demonstration farms to showcase product effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
- Drive demand for agricultural products and solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall growth.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and strengthen partnerships.
- Identify and engage potential customers in the agricultural sector.
- Maintain strong ties with key clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage networks to expand sales reach and market presence.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in agricultural sales.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong professional network within the agricultural industry.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and craft strategic sales plans.
- Familiarity with Kenyan agricultural practices and challenges is an added advantage.
