ROLE OVERVIEW

The Advocate will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services, managing matters independently, and representing clients before courts and registries while upholding professional standards and contributing to the firm’s long-term growth.

Key Practice Areas

Civil litigation, including preparation and management of cases
Conveyancing, ensuring accurate and efficient property transactions
Succession and trust matters handled with technical competence and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, pleadings, and opinions
  • Representing clients in court and before registries
  • Managing multiple matters while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Providing reliable legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirement

  • Active Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
  • Minimum of 3 years post-admission experience
  • Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, conveyancing, and succession matters
  • Strong drafting, advocacy, and case management skills

***Experience in corporate and tax law will be an added advantage
