Administration Officer II Job

The Administration Officer II will be responsible for supporting the implementation of administrative functions within the county departments.

  • Coordinating general administrative matters within the department
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring logistical support for county programs
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating field activities
  • Supervising subordinate staff in the execution of routine administrative tasks
  • Preparing reports on administrative operations
  • Ensuring compliance with county policies and public service regulations

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following discipline:- Public Administration, Business Administration/ Management, Community Development or any other Social Sciences from a recognized institution;
  • Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution; and
  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
