Africa Biosystems Limited is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support guests, serve as the first point of contact, handle related support functions, and liaise with service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, correspondence, filing, and office documentation.
- Oversee renewal of permits, licenses, and office inspections.
- Maintain office supplies, utilities, facilities, and general maintenance.
- Prepare documents for internal/external communication.
- Professionally answering phones and routing calls as necessary.
- Dispatch & Receiving Documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in office administration
