Our client is a well-established company in the automotive solutions sector, specializing in providing high-quality products and services that support vehicle performance and reliability.

The company is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Clerk to join its finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reconciliations and reports, supporting tax filings, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in line with local and international standards.
• Prepare customer and supplier statements and manage account reconciliations.
• Analyze data received from production or service sites and generate relevant reports.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, withholding tax returns, and other statutory obligations on iTax.
• Assist in the preparation of management information system (MIS) reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit queries and provide required documentation.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly using the company’s accounting software.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable financial regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• CPA Part IV or higher.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
