• What motivated you to enroll in our TOT course?

Personally, I strongly believe in the power of knowledge-sharing and capacity-building as tools for sustainable development and organizational growth that was my major drive in signing up for the TOT course.

With my background in administration, program management, and human resources—particularly during my tenure at the United Nations—I have often found myself in roles where I was mentoring colleagues, guiding teams, or delivering trainings in areas like finance, HR processes, and operational systems.

• How has earning your TOT certification impacted your career so far?

Since earning my TOT certificate, I’ve seen a shift in how I approach learning and development, both personally and in how I can support others. Although I’ve been out of formal employment since January 2024, I’ve used this period intentionally to invest in my professional growth and reflect on how best to apply my experience in meaningful ways going forward

• How would you describe your overall experience with our TOT Course in one sentence?

My overall experience with your TOT course was empowering, I feel more competent as a trainer, well- equipped with the necessary tools to train others effectively and make a lasting impact.
