A typical day for Julia would start by reviewing the list of people signing up for different courses. She then calls professionals, providing detailed information about the courses they are interested in. This would include the course outline, duration of the course and the benefits of signing up.
“Every conversation is different,” she says. “Some of the people I call don’t know where to start and that’s where I come in, to guide them through the uncertainty, and help them make informed decisions.”
Her role doesn’t end there. She is also responsible for ensuring their enrollment is smooth. She assists the clients with the registration process, the payment details and the scheduling. “I make follow-ups to check the progress and make sure they are getting the most out of our programs.”
Over time, she has mastered the skill of identifying common challenges professionals face during the enrollment period. Challenges such as being uncertain or even the slight hesitation about investing in their growth
