We are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Team leader to work in our PMC department. Successful candidates will be responsible for among other tasks:
Responsibilities:
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse management.
- Coordinate communication between warehouse staff and other departments.
- Manage material storage, labeling, and protection according to company procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely receiving and dispatch of materials.
- Issue materials according to the FIFO principle.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the SAP system.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and pest control.
- Monitor expiry materials and report slow-moving or defective items.
- Participate in company culture activities and complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in any related course.
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management and material handling.
- Experience with SAP or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Possess strong leadership skills, computer skills and a good communicator.
