As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of Glovino’s Grill & Chill, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. Duties include:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu and recommend dishes or drinks to customers.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure customer orders are accurately entered into the system and delivered to the kitchen in a timely manner.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clear tables and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a waitstaff position is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume service.
