What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing long-form YouTube videos and short-form content
• Sourcing high-quality stock footage, images, sound effects, and music
• Building cohesive visual narratives from scripts
• Matching visuals to voiceovers for strong retention
• Adding motion graphics, text overlays, and basic animations
• Ensuring pacing, rhythm, and storytelling flow
• Organizing and managing project files efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of video editing experience (or strong portfolio equivalent)
• Strong storytelling instincts (not just technical editing skills)
• Ability to independently source visuals that enhance the narrative

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
• After Effects (preferred)
• Photoshop (basic level helpful)
• Understanding of YouTube-style retention editing is a plus
• Strong internet research skills
• Good communication and ability to take feedback
• Important: Portfolio Required
