Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and driven UI/UX Design Intern to join our team and work on real-world projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate directly with our development and leadership teams to design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Duration: 90 days
- Working Hours: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (flexible timings)
- Type: Unpaid
- Focus: Learning, skill development, and proving your capabilities
Phase 2: Full-Time Paid Internship (Performance-Based)
After successful completion of 3 months, your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Design quality and creativity
- Ability to implement feedback
- Collaboration with the team
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
If selected for conversion:
- Duration: Extended internship or permanent role
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Type: Paid (competitive stipend/salary based on skills and performance)

Key Responsibilities
During your internship, you will:
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions
- Create intuitive user flows, navigation structures, and information architecture
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Maintain design consistency using style guides and design systems
- Work on branding elements, icons, and visual assets as needed
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback constructively
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and justify design decisions
What We’re Looking For Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to create responsive designs for various screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing methods
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt quickly
Bonus Points:
- Experience with prototyping and animation tools (e.g., Framer, Principle, After Effects)
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects)
- Experience with user testing tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

Selection ProcessStep 1: Application Review

Step 2: Design Assignment
- A practical task to assess your design thinking, creativity, and execution
- You’ll be given a real-world design challenge to solve
Step 3: Interview
- Discussion with the Founder/Team Lead about your approach, experience, and expectations
- Portfolio walkthrough and Q&A
Step 4: Offer Letter
- Selected candidates will receive an official internship offer letter with NDA
