Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical and practical lessons in social work and community development.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work and training materials in line with the curriculum.
- Guide students in field-based practice, community engagement and social intervention activities..
- Supervise students’ practical activities, fieldwork projects and industrial attachments.
- Maintain records of student fieldwork, community outreach activities and related reports.
- Evaluate and assess students’ competencies in social work practice.
- Participate in curriculum development and implementation.
- Maintain discipline, order and professionalism during sm duons tygg and field activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Social Work or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in Technical Education or TVET Trainer Certificate (Pedagogy).
- MUST be Registered as a Trainer with TVETA.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant teaching or industrial experience.
- Computer literate.
