DREAMS is a Kenyan women’s care startup looking for a hands-on digital growth professional to build our online presence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp presence.
• Create engaging content, campaigns, and short-form videos.
• Grow a genuine and relevant Kenyan audience.
• Improve website visibility through SEO and content.
• Manage online customer inquiries and community engagement.
• Build partnerships with creators, women’s groups, pharmacies, clinics, NGOs, retailers, and other relevant organizations.
• Develop campaigns that generate website traffic, inquiries, leads, and sales.
• Track performance and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least two years of experience in digital marketing, social media growth, community building, or e-commerce.
• Evidence of measurable results from previous work.
• Strong English and Swahili communication skills.
• Ability to create and edit short-form video content.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital analytics.
• Confidence approaching potential partners and collaborators.
• Understanding of Kenyan consumers and women’s experiences around menstruation, maternity, leakage, affordability, comfort, and dignity.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable building systems from scratch.
