We are seeking a creative, strategic and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth.
This role requires a strong balance between strategy, analytics, content creation, and community management.

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Visibility
- Create high-quality, engaging content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts, Live sessions).
- Showcase iPhones, accessories, and promotions in a visually appealing and sales-driven way.
- Stay updated with iPhone releases, tech trends, and digital marketing trends.
- Cover in-store activities, customer testimonials, and product demos.
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute monthly content plans and campaigns.
- Grow our audience organically and through paid ads.
- Run promotional campaigns, giveaways, and flash sales.
- Track competitor activities and propose growth strategies.
Community Management
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Respond to inquiries and DMs promptly and professionally.
- Engage followers to build brand loyalty and trust.
Analytics & Performance
- Track engagement, reach, conversions, and sales performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use insights to optimize content and drive higher conversions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator (preferably in phones, electronics, retail, or fast-moving businesses).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for a business brand.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing tools.
- Experience running paid ads is an added advantage.
- Strong copywriting skills with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer care, front office, or service-related role
- Experience in telecom or financial services is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Professional appearance, patience and a customer-first mindset
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
