Job Purpose:

To manage and grow the company’s online presence by actively sourcing content and shooting high-quality videos, driving brand awareness, and generating leads through social media platforms.

  • Content Creation (Core Focus)
  • Shoot, edit, and publish daily videos (reels, TikToks, walkthroughs)
  • Actively source content opportunities (sites, clients, team activities, trends)
  • Capture property tours, site progress, testimonials, and events
  • Ensure content is creative, engaging, and sales-driven
  • Support digital campaigns and ads with video creatives
  • Develop and execute content calendars
  • Shoot and feature in high-quality video content (reels, TikToks, walkthroughs)
  • Identify and create creative, engaging content from sites, clients & events
  • Manage and grow our social media platforms
  • Eloquent speaker with strong on-camera presence
  • Confident, expressive, and moves naturally on camera
  • Creative, proactive, and trend-aware
  • Skilled in video shooting
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in video shooting and editing
  • Very Confident
  • Can do videos
  • Strong creativity and storytelling ability
  • Ability to identify content opportunities independently
  • Experience in real estate is an added advantage
  • teams/clients, and consistently identifying content to shoot, not just posting online.
