About the Role
iPhone Street Kenya is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Shop Attendant to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products and ensuring excellent customer service within the shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with phone purchases and financing options.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Process customer applications and documentation accurately.
- Maintain proper records of sales and customer transactions.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in stock monitoring and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and new clients.
- Identify sales opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products to meet customer needs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with good negotiation skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
