Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing electronics, mobile phones, and accessories.
• Ensure the shop is well-organized, clean, and properly stocked with products.
• Help customers with their inquiries regarding product features, specifications, prices, and availability.
• Assist in setting up products and demonstrations to allow customers to understand the functionality of various items.
• Process customer transactions at the point of sale (POS), ensuring accuracy in pricing and payment methods.
• Monitor stock levels and work with the store manager to reorder products as needed.
• Support the marketing and promotional efforts by setting up product displays and in-store promotions.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with store policies and procedures.
• Ensure all products are correctly priced and displayed, with attention to details such as labels and product information.
• Perform stock checks and assist in inventory management to ensure products are always available for customers.
• Work with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and mobile devices is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain focus in a busy retail environment.
• A good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use basic point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
