Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team on-site at our Nairobi County, Kenya office. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO strategies, and executing link-building campaigns. The role also involves analyzing web analytics data to assess website performance and identifying new opportunities to increase rankings and organic traffic.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Keyword Research and implementing strategies to improve search results
- Experience conducting detailed SEO Audits to identify areas for improvement
- Strong skills in Link Building to enhance domain authority and referral traffic
- Expertise in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, content optimization, and internal linking
- Knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for monitoring and enhancing website performance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
- Familiarity with website development and content management systems is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as in SEO or digital marketing, are highly advantageous
