Job Description

We are hiring Sales Representatives / Appointment Setters in Nairobi to join U.S.-based outbound and inbound sales campaigns. You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, re-engage warm leads, set appointments, manage dialer campaigns, and—depending on English level—handle inbound calls and close sales.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to qualify leads and set appointments.
  • Follow scripts while sounding natural and confident.
  • Re-engage old leads, warm leads, and cancellations.
  • Update CRM/dialer with accurate notes.
  • (C1 roles) Manage inbound calls, recommend services, and close sales.
  • Meet targets for calls, appointments, and/or closed deals.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year in sales, collections, outbound calling, or appointment setting.
  • Strong ability to handle hard calls, objections, and high-pressure sales.
  • English B2+ for outbound, C1+ for closing roles.
  • Strong persuasion, active listening, and conversation control.
  • Tech-savvy: dialer systems, CRM, outbound tools.
  • Assertive, persistent, persuasive — “shark attitude.”
  • Professionalism, empathy, and resilience.
  • On-site availability in Nairobi, Kenya.
