 Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and investors.
  • Actively seek out potential buyers in target markets and demographics.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Engage potential clients and understand their property needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide consistent follow-ups to nurture leads until conversion.

 Property Marketing & Promotion

  • Market available properties through online listings, social media, property portals, and direct marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive property presentations and campaigns.
  • Ensure properties are well-positioned to attract qualified buyers.

Property Viewings & Presentations

  • Schedule and conduct professional property tours for prospective clients.
  • Clearly present property features, benefits, and investment potential.
  • Address client questions and provide accurate property information.

Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals

  • Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Handle objections effectively and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Ensure timely closure of sales transactions.

 Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and demand in Westlands and surrounding areas.
  • Use market insights to improve sales strategies and client advisory services.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities.
  • Submit regular sales reports including progress on targets and pipeline status.
  • Ensure proper handling of sales documentation and agreements.

Target Achievement & Performance

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Actively contribute to the overall growth of the company’s property sales portfolio.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ sales experience (real estate experience is preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, client acquisition, and lead conversion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
