  • Prospect and qualify SMEs across Nairobi and beyond (in-person visits, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, referrals)
  • Run product demos — both Zoom calls and in-shop walk-throughs on a laptop or tablet
  • Close deals end-to-end, from first contact to signed subscription
  • Onboard new customers through their first week and hand off to support cleanly
  • Build StockPulse’s voice on LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and WhatsApp — short videos, customer stories, tips for SME owners
  • Represent us at SME meetups, trade fairs, and industry associations (distributors, wholesalers, retail groups)
  • Feed customer insights back to the product team — you’ll have a real seat at that table
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS, fintech, accounting software, or POS systems to Kenyan SMEs
  • A track record of hitting quota — we want to see numbers
  • Comfort being in the field: matatu-ing to Industrial Area, walking into a wholesaler in Eastleigh, demoing in a hardware shop in Kisumu
  • Strong written and spoken English and Swahili
  • Tech literacy you can navigate a SaaS dashboard confidently and explain it to a non-technical shop owner
