Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to drive sales of our ecommerce platform. This role combines sales, customer support, and marketing to ensure smooth platform operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and onboard new vendors and customers to the ecommerce platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maintain relationships
- with existing ones.
- Understand client needs and objectives to align our services effectively
- Monitor and analyze ecommerce trends and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for both buyers and sellers.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase platform visibility.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales progress, challenges, and opportunities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in B2B ecommerce or a related field.
- Must have strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
