We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative to drive sales of our ecommerce platform. This role combines sales, customer support, and marketing to ensure smooth platform operations and business growth.

  • Identify and onboard new vendors and customers to the ecommerce platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive engagement and sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maintain relationships
  • with existing ones.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to align our services effectively
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce trends and market dynamics to identify sales opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for both buyers and sellers.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase platform visibility.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions to resolve issues promptly.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, sales progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in B2B ecommerce or a related field.
  • Must have strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
