We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Sales & Outreach Associate to support engagement, partnerships, and participation for a high-level, internationally oriented platform.

This role focuses on identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across different markets.

  • Execute outbound outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, messaging platforms)
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of opportunities
  • Engage with prospective stakeholders and guide them through the engagement process
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship management
  • Support conversion of interest into confirmed participation or collaboration
  • Track outreach activity and provide regular performance updates
  • 2–5 years experience in sales, business development, or outreach roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable engaging across different markets and time zones
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
