The Blixen Resort and Spa is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Sales & Marketing
Executive to drive sustainable business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and lead the
strategic promotion of the resort’s premium wellness, leisure, and hospitality offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and
marketing strategies aimed at increasing revenue, expanding market share, and enhancing the resort’s positioning as a leading luxury destination.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with the resort’s business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, tour operators, travel agents, and individual guests.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other promotional platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Represent the resort at trade fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
• Collaborate closely with operations and guest services teams to ensure consistency in brand promise and guest experience.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance, forecasting, and marketing activity reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality
• Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably
• within the hospitality.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and brand management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage targets, and deliver results in a competitive
• environment.
