Salary: 35, 000 Plus Commission

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategy to drive revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential clients
• Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on marketing
• performance, booking patterns, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Ensuring effective communication with all hotel departments to align Sales & Marketing efforts with operational and business goals.
• Maintain a positive and consistent customer experience throughout every interaction
• Create and manage annual sales forecasts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel
• partners, event planners and multinational organizations to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
• Identify and secure new corporate accounts across target industries and sectors.
• Represent the hotel in sales calls, trade events, and exhibitions to generate leads
• Track customer feedback for ongoing relationship development and address concerns promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
• Coordinate with reservations team to streamline booking processes for a seamless guest experience.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients catering to diverse preferences

Background

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to market changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and travel agents.
• Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate international clientele.
• Passion for delivering great customer experiences
