At Tailwind Solutions Ltd, we support aircraft operators across the world, 24 hours a day.
We are looking for a highly capable, disciplined, and commercially sharp individual to join our Aircraft Spare Parts Sales Team, supporting urgent maintenance and AOG requirements across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling high volumes of RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
- Sourcing and quoting aircraft spare parts
- Following up consistently to close sales
- Supporting urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests
- Managing multiple clients across global markets
- Maintaining structured records using Odoo / CRM systems
Working Structure
- Part of a 24/7 operational support team
- Night shifts required
- Extended working hours expected when needed
- Fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent computer skills are mandatory
- Ability to efficiently use systems, manage large volumes of data, and work in a structured digital environment
- Experience or ability to quickly learn Odoo (ERP system)
- Strong numerical and commercial understanding
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of discipline, structure, and accountability
Academic Requirements
KCSE Minimum Grade A in:
- Mathematics
- English
- Geography
- Degree or Diploma required
- Minimum Upper Second Class Honours (or equivalent)
Added Advantage
- Background in business, law, or sales
- Experience handling clients or negotiations
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments
