Sales Agent – Checkoff Loans Job Mogo Finance

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and prospects through systematic prospecting, field visits, and onboarding new clients.
- Obtain and verify all customer information and documentation, ensuring full KYC/AML compliance.
- Present and explain loan products, eligibility, and repayment terms clearly to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer issues and complaints professionally, as per company policy.
- Gather timely market intelligence and feedback for product improvement.
- Participate in open days, activations, and sales campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven sales or field marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Checkoff Loan processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM software.
