This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Nairobi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering appropriate lending solutions. Additional tasks include managing client portfolios, providing excellent client service, and consistently identifying opportunities to grow business and improve client satisfaction. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions
- Proficiency in customer portfolio management and sales strategies
- Experience in financial services, banking, or lending is a plus
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the local market in Nairobi is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related fiel
