Property Sales & Marketing

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers
  • Market available properties through online platforms, listings, and referrals
  • Assist clients in understanding property features, pricing, and benefits

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective buyers and investors
  • Follow up on inquiries promptly and professionally

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
  • Provide consistent communication and updates throughout the sales process
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust

Sales Closing & Documentation Support

  • Negotiate terms and assist in closing property deals
  • Support clients through necessary documentation and processes
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams where required
  • Ensure accuracy in all sales records and agreements

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and pricing
  • Provide feedback on competitor activity and customer preferences
  • Identify emerging opportunities in the property market

Follow-Ups & Reporting

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and potential buyers
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales and activity reports
  • Track performance against sales targets and KPIs
  • Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or property marketing
  • Strong background in sales and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to earn commissions
  • Sales and closing ability
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Customer service and relationship management
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Time management and consistency in follow-ups
