Key Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
- Coordinate with procurement to meet stock requirements promptly.
- Oversee procurement and warehousing: proper storage, FIFO, expiries, and item condition.
- Handle and investigate market complaints; respond appropriately.
- Manage customer returns: raise GRNs, provide reasons, and forward for credit authorization.
- Develop, implement, and review SOPs for quality assurance and operations per GDP, WHO, and best practices.
- Monitor stock movement to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Manage returns of slow-moving, overstocked, or near-expiry items.
- Ensure continuous supply of high-quality products, including follow-up in storage.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmacy
- Enrollement with PBB a MUST
- Minimum ONE YEAR Experience in a procurement position or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of Sage ERP is advantageous
- Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical market
