Role Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Processing Officer. The Processing Officer will play a key role in managing and verifying documentation, processing applications, and supporting nurses throughout their licensure journey. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with both nurses and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify nurse documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support the processing of licensure applications, including NCLEX, CES, and other required submissions.
• Serve as a point of contact for nurses, responding to inquiries and providing guidance throughout the licensure process.
• Maintain communication with regulatory boards to ensure timely processing.
• Monitor application progress and ensure follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in marketing, communication, business or a related profession.
• 1-2 Years of work experience in a related field.

Skills and Abilities

• Microsoft Office and Google applications proficiency.
• Able to effectively communicate with staff at different levels and work in a team.
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
