Pharmaceutical Technologist (Oncology) Job RFH Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compound chemotherapy medications using aseptic techniques.
- Accurately dispense oncology and supportive medications in line with treatment regimens.
- Maintain accurate dispensing, compounding and billing records for audit purposes.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of oncology medications.
- Handle cytotoxic drugs in compliance with established safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, oncologists, and nursing staff to support patient care.
- Adhere to regulatory, safety, and infection control standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology.
- Registration with Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
- 1-3 Years experience in an oncology pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency in sterile compounding and aseptic techniques.
- Knowledge of chemotherapy handling and hazardous drug safety.
- Experience in medication dispensing and pharmacy operations.
- Competence in billing systems and documentation processes.
- Basic understanding of oncology treatments and chemotherapy cycles.
