Part Time Sales Attendant Job

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Guide customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry and luxury items
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, including materials, pricing, and care instructions
  • Maintain an attractive and organized store display
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
  • Ensure the store is clean, secure, and well-presented at all times
  • Reconcile daily sales and transactions against POS records
  • Count and verify cash, card, and mobile payments (e.g., M-Pesa)
  • Prepare daily sales reports and highlight any discrepancies
  • Safely package and secure cash for banking
  • Coordinate or carry out bank deposits as required
  • Maintain accurate financial records and submit reports to management
  • Prior experience in luxury retail (fine jewelry or high-end accessories preferred)
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory tools
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • High level of honesty, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctual and dependable
