Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all inbound shipments.
- Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding orders
- Provide regular updates on inbound shipments.
- Resolve issues related to discrepancies, delays, or damage in inbound orders
- Generate and provide reports on inbound deliveries
- Addressing inquiries and concerns from internal customers regarding inbound shipments.
- Assist in training riders on inbound deliveries.
- Onboarding new riders and supervising riders.
- Planning and scheduling dispatches to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Proven ability to handle scheduling, coordination, and reporting tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage
