Operations Assistant Job Boxleo Courier

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all inbound shipments.
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding orders
  • Provide regular updates on inbound shipments.
  • Resolve issues related to discrepancies, delays, or damage in inbound orders
  • Generate and provide reports on inbound deliveries
  • Addressing inquiries and concerns from internal customers regarding inbound shipments.
  • Assist in training riders on inbound deliveries.
  • Onboarding new riders and supervising riders.
  • Planning and scheduling dispatches to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Proven ability to handle scheduling, coordination, and reporting tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage
