Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient care such as assisting with mobility, hygiene, and nutrition
- Competence in monitoring vital signs, recording patient information, and basic medical terminology
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and healthcare teams
- Compassion, attentiveness, and the ability to work effectively in team settings
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) and adherence to compliance and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Prior healthcare experience or training is advantageous but not mandatory
