Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university (MBChB or MBBS)
- Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
- At least one (1) year internship experience in either a public or private hospital.
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures.
- Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
Desirable competencies
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
- Knowledge of the laws of Kenya, regulations, guidelines, and health schemes.
- Good report writing skills.
- Conversant with both public and private sectorÂ
- At least 2 yrs experience
- BLS & ACLS
- With leadership experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff,
- patients, and other stakeholders.
