Marketing & Social Media Manager Job

  • Develop and implement a detailed, systemized marketing strategy for all property listings.
  • Write compelling copy for website, social media, and brochures in line with the A-List brand tone.
  • Manage content calendars and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,Titktok and WhatsApp.
  • Oversee uploading of content to platforms including BuyRent Kenya and WhatsApp catalogue.
  • Liaise with sub-agents to source property content, ensure folders are correctly updated on Google Drive.
  • Work with the graphic designer to create branded marketing materials.
  • Conduct occasional on-site visits for content creation (BTS, reels, highlights).
  • Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Research and implement WhatsApp marketing tools (broadcast, catalogues, automation).
  • Coordinate ad boosting, content reshuffling, and property rotation on BuyRent and socials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in real estate marketing or a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing content calendars and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, copy-editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and social scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with real estate platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
