Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems; quickly address and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct weekly stock takes of maintenance spares; validate the availability and condition of parts; recommend replacements or order additional supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports on equipment status and repairs and submit reports to the operations manager regularly.,
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Ensure all machinery and electrical components are functioning according to industry and safety standards.
• Recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electrical systems.
• Develop Maintenance standard operation procedures

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical field; additional qualifications in mechanical maintenance are advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational and maintenance roles within a hospitality
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive maintenance tasks.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and or electrical systems; adept at problem-solving and
• Proactive approach to maintenance
