Planit Kenya is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Manager to support the execution of content and digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook
• Create and write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and messaging
• Assist in developing content calendars and campaign ideas
• Support content creation including graphics and short-form vide
• Monitor engagement and assist with community management
• Research trends, hashtags, and audience insights to inform content
• Track performance and support reporting on key metrics

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• Good writing and communication skills
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Basic design or video editing skills are an added advantage
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively

Compensation

• Monthly stipend: Ksh 15,000 – 20,000
