MoKo is looking for a junior field researcher to support a short-term product development project.

What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and recruit customers who fit our target profile
- Conduct in-person interviews to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Organize and support home visits to validate product assumptions
- Gather and organize qualitative and quantitative data and compile clear summaries and insights to inform product decisions
What we’re looking for:
- Some prior experience in research, surveys, fieldwork, or customer interviews
- Strong communication \skills in English and Kiswahili
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Available full-time for 1 month
